Been planning to do the Trans Taiga later in August by motorcycle. I have been reading from multiple sites on people that have done it but have not gotten any new information. Is there any around with recent info on road, condition, gas prices, bridges out etc. Looking for any and all if it is out there. Thanks.

If you haven't already, you might want to check out this site for motorcyclists:

Even though I'm more of the four-wheel type, I like reading the ride reports. At least one person on there is planning an August ride, and there are several threads by people who have gone the last couple of years.

I'd love to read your report if you do one.

I am a member there and thanks. I have heard there are some heading to Radisson at roughly same time as me but have not heard of any going out the TT. I will keep my eyes and ears tuned if i do and will definetly send link to report once i have returned.

I have done up a video of the trip Trans Taiga, North Road. What a great place it was.

Read your report on the ADV site. Cool stuff -- thank you for posting that.

I've done the Radisson leg and didn't really see the appeal of the Trans Taiga, but you have some beautiful shots.

My biggest problem since I've gotten back is I want to read about others who have gone and there aren't many new ride reports each year.
